  1. I want to become a reseller. What is the procedure?

    For high volume affiliates who want to resell our services we have a whitelabel program that works with your own private domain, your homepage and branding.

    The whitelabel program also offers Tiered commissions based on the previous month's performance.


    Please submit a ticket on our helpdesk for further information and remember to include the domain name if you already have one.

  1. What type of proxies are these?
    These are HTTP/HTTPS & Socks 4/5 proxies.
  2. Can I email with your proxies?
    Yes, we allow webmailing with our backconnect proxies using yahoo/hotmail/aol/gmail.

    There's no fixed mailing limits. SMTP Port 25 is blocked for mailing client. There's no fixed mailing limits.

    We suggest that you start with the smaller package for testing and upgrade later if it works well for you.
  3. Can I test a proxy before purchasing?

    Unfortunately trial memberships are not available anymore due to abuses.

  4. Can these proxies be used on classified ad websites?
    You will need our classified backconnect proxies ( check Classified category when ordering ).

    You will need PVAS to post on Craigslist.
  5. Can i use your proxies though i have dynamic ip?
    Yes, you can. We provide a control panel where you can easily update your authorized IP address.

    Most customers with dynamic IPs find that their IP addresses don't change less than once every few days.

    You are allowed to set up to 10 ips. Once you have reached the limit, you can just clear the list and add up new ips again.

    We are planning to add support for User:Pass auth in the next couple of months.
  6. Are your IP addresses recognized by proxy testers as proxies?
    As far as we can tell they are not recognized. However if you find one that recognizes them as proxies please let us know.
  7. How fast are your proxies?
    Speed does vary on your location however in general they are fast.
  8. Can you prepare a custom proxy package for me?
    We can prepare any custom plans for your needs. Just open a support ticket regarding this.
  9. Can I choose my proxies locations?
    You can choose your proxy location on our GEO backconnect proxies.
  10. How do I verify that my IP address is changed?
    You can go to one of many sites that post your IP address, such as http://bot.whatismyipaddress.com
  11. My proxies are not working. How to fix it?
    There's a lot of reasons why proxies are not working. Please do the following: 

    1. If you set IP AUTH ensure you have set your authorized IP at control panel.
    2. Try using fewer connections. 
    3. If you're using a bot, ensure 3-5 seconds delay and rotate IPs frequently. 

    If you still see issues, please submit a ticket to support and provide the following details: 

    What error message are you getting?
    Where are you using the proxies? 
    What url are you trying to visit?
    Provide the proxies you're having issues with.
  12. What are Special Backconnect proxies ?

    Special Backconnect proxies gives you unlocked access to specific websites or geo proxies. Each special membership can select a maximum of two services.

    Bellow you can see the services and what websites each service can unblock :


    1. GEO - You can select multiple countries that you want the proxies to be from. ( Maximum 25 countries selection )
    2. Tickets - Works for tickets websites like ticketmaster,axs,eimarketplace,etc.
    3. Amazon - Works with amazon.
    4. Social - Works for: facebook, google plus, twitter, instagram, youtube, vimeo. Best for account creators.
    5. Craiglist - Works for craiglist.
    6. Email - Works for: yandex, outlook, apple, gmx, inbox, myway, zoho, yahoo, aol, gmail.
    7. Skype - Works for: skype.Wikipedia - Works for: wikipedia.
    8. ExtremeTop - Works for: xtremetop100, topragnarok, top100arena, topserver200, topg, rop-paradize, gtop100, wowstatus, topwow, topwowserver, wowtop, gowonda.


  1. What is the difference between Dedicated and Shared proxies?

    Dedicated Proxies are used by a single client while Shared Proxies are used by up to 5 members at the same time.

  2. Can I choose countries/Cities for my proxies?

    No, currently we only have USA Proxies based in Buffalo, New York

  3. Can I combine multiple accounts?

    Our system does not support merging of accounts.

    Each account is tied to a separate billing service. 

  4. Can I test a proxy before purchasing?

    Unfortunately trial memberships are not available anymore due to abuses.

  5. Can I use your proxies for email?

    Yes, we allow webmailing with our Private Proxies using yahoo/hotmail/aol/gmail web clients. We do not allow mailing with our Shared Proxies. There's no fixed mailing limits. SMTP Port 25 is blocked for mailing clients. We suggest starting with the smallest private proxies package for testing and upgrade later if it works well for you.

    Note: Web mailing is restricted to personal use only and spam is strictly prohibited by our acceptable use policies.

  6. Can I use your proxies with Craiglist?

    You can order our Special Backconnect Proxies. Note: Craiglist is not available for Dedicated/Shared proxies.

  7. Can I use your proxies with FB, Twitter, IG and YouTube?

    Yes, our proxies work great with social media websites. It is best to use 1 proxy per account.We recommend trying a 10 Private dedicated Proxies package first and see if it works well for you.

    If not, you can request a full refund within 3 days. 

  8. My proxies are not working. How to fix it?
    There's a lot of reasons why proxies are not working.


    Please do the following:
    1. If you set IP AUTH ensure you have set your authorized IP at control panel.

  9. When can I refresh my proxies?

    We allow refresh of private proxies once per month, upon renewal payment. Kindly submit a ticket to support for each request. Otherwise, you will keep the same proxies. Auto refresh is not possible.

  10. Where can I use your proxies?

    You can use it with almost any application that supports HTTP/HTTPS Proxies. We support all popular web browsers, including Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

  11. What is the difference between Dedicated/Shared and Backconnect Proxies?

    Dedicated/Shared proxies have static IPs, they are located in datacenters around the world and you connect to the same IP that the websites will see while with Backconnect Proxies you connect to an IP in our datacenters but the websites will see a completely different IP, the IPs you connect to will stay the same but the IPs the websites see will change every 10 minutes.
